PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization, to reduce the number of components items equipped, to reduce generation of a dirty deposit, and to facilitate thereby handling and cleaning. SOLUTION: This coffee or tea boiling unit has a cylinder case 1 provided with a cylinder 2 capable of connecting a shower nozzle 3 and a rope capturing part of a filtrating part 4 to operate thereby operations of the shower nozzle 3 and the filtering part 4 by curved plates 5. The cylinder case 1 is provided with center pins 6 to have right angles with respect to an axial line of the cylinder 2, and curved rails 27 mirror-image-likely arranged in outer faces 8 in both sides having vertical faces 7 of the pins 6. The curved plates 5 provided with another curved rails 9 in both sides of the pins 6 are arranged to operate movements of the shower nozzle 3.
