PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen process printing having a favorable plate non- blocking property. SOLUTION: This screen process printing includes a process, in which the mask plate 2 of a screen mask 1 is placed on the top surface of a substrate 4 so as to bring a snap off between them zero, a process, in which the substrate 4 is raised further so as to bring the snap off negative, a process, in which a squeegee 12 is slid on the mask plate 2 under the state that the snap off is kept as negative so as to coat a creamy solder 13 through patterned holes formed on the mask plate 2 on the substrate 4, as process, in which the substrate 4 is once raised and again lowered during the lowering of the substrate 4 so as to turn the snap off from its negative state to its zero state and a process, in which the substrate 4 is lowered further so as to separate the board 4 from the mask plate 2. |
