PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of a recording grade or the lowering of a recording speed even under environment wherein temp. and humidity change while performing stable emission. SOLUTION: A control means has a temp. detecting means 11 and a humidity detecting means 12 in the periphery of a recording head and controls a preparatory emitting means corresponding to a drive condition set corresponding to the detection results of both means. Further, a temp. control means for controlling the temp. in the pheriphery of the recording head corresponding to the drive condition and a humidity control means controlling the humidity in the periphery of the recording head corresponding to the drive condition are provided. |
