摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shift hitch at switching time in a transfer for switching a motive power distributing state at traveling time by using a synchronizer. SOLUTION: A shift hitch preventive device of a transfer has a hub clutch integrally rotating with a front side shaft, a gear integrally rotating with a rear side shaft connected to a transmission, a hub sleeve connected to the gear by sliding by integrally rotating with the hub clutch and a synchronizer ring relatively rotating between the hub clutch and the gear, a recessed part 4c is formed in the hub clutch, and a projecting part 10c is formed in the synchronizer ring so as to be mutually engageable. Rotational directional clearance between a recessed part 4a and a projecting part 10c is formed so that a rotational directional other side chamfering part 5b of a hub sleeve spline 5s does not slidingly contact with a synchronizer ring spline 10s even when the hub clutch and the synchronizer ring relatively rotate unit one side inner wall 4a of the recessed part engages with the projecting part 10c when a shaft rotating speed becomes the front side > the rear side in synchronous operation.
