PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of realizing a highly accurate bearing structure without being influenced by dimensional accuracy of part items and a combination of partitions by establishing a new assembling method in an assembling process of a bearing unit. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped waveform washer 13 is inserted from above into a shaft hole 10a of a housing 10 to be arranged on a step difference surface 10b. A bearing body 11 composed of an inner ring 11a, a spherical rolling body 11b and an outer ring 11c is inserted from above it, and a lower end surface of the outer ring 11c of the bearing body 11 abuts to an upper part of the waveform washer 13. A lower end part of a flange 22 abuts to an upper end surface of the bearing body 11, and the flange 22 is positioned by an upper support block 22.
