PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the cutting method and device when a concrete form used for building a concrete structure in a civil engineering and construction work is reproduced. SOLUTION: After removing a concrete white wash adhered on the surface of a worn-out FRP made concrete form, the entire outer surface of a face plate is cut by a certain depth, thereafter, after cutting the entire outer surface of edge material of allaround form by a certain depth, the tip corner ranged to the outer surface of the edge material is chamfered by a certain range. A cutting device is provided with an upper surface cutter 28 for cutting the entire outer surface of the face plate of the worn-out concrete form by a certain depth and a site surface cutter 29 for cutting the entire outer surface of the edge material of allaround form by a certain depth.
