CUP-SHAPED SAMPLING BLADE FOR TREATMENT PART IN TREATMENT INSTRUMENT FOR ENDOSCOPE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a samling blade body easily and strengthen the same. SOLUTION: Sampling blade bodies 6, 7 which are composed of a cup-shaped blade 10 and a connecting lever 11 are formed integrally by press working. The cup-shaped blade 10 has a peripheral wall 24 which is formed into ring- shape so as to form a sampling concave part 23 in which a sampling opening 23a is opened and the connecting lever 11 has walls for both sides 25, 26 which are overlapped with each other, and the peripheral wall 24 of the cup-shaped blade 10, one side of the side wall 25 of the connecting lever 11 and the other side of the side wall 26 of the connecting lever 11 are connected consecutively with each other. The connecting lever 11 and the cup-shaped blade 10 are formed by press working a stock 18 having an integrally circularly formed wall 20 so as to form a concave part 19 which has an opening 19a.
