PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the deformation of the inner surface of a normal temp. shrinkable coating material and to enhance coating workability. SOLUTION: Before a diameter expanding support core material 2 is temporarily coated with a normal temp. shrinkable coating material 1, the outside of the diameter expanding support core material 2 is preliminarily coated with a sleeve-shaped film 3 low in the coefficient of friction and, thereafter, this film 3 is temporarily coated with the normal temp. shrinkable coating material 1. Thereafter, the diameter expanding support core material 2 is removed while pulled out along with the film 3. By this constitution, the diameter expanding support core material 2 is pulled out smoothly because the frictional resistance of the normal temp. shrinkable coating material 1 and the diameter expanding support core material 2 is reduced to a large extent and, therefore, pull-out becomes rapid and easy and coating workability can be enhanced. |
