PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transformation, etc. of ground during placement of a backfill material. SOLUTION: A bulkhead 11 having a supporting surface 11a is provided at the rear of an outer shell 3 in such a way as to be freely driven for axial movement, the bulkhead 11 being shaped so that it can form an injection space CK by permitting a chamber bulkhead 15 forming a portion of the supporting surface 1a to be freely driven for axial movement and driving the chamber bulkhead 15 for movement. The bulkhead 11 is provided with a placement pipe 17 in such a manner that a backfill material UM can be freely supplied into the injection space CK.
