PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter that can hardly damage the contact object while keeping its cutting performance. SOLUTION: A cutter 10 is provided with multiple cutting blades which are installed continuously and used to draw out and cut the sheet material wound in roll. Each cutting blade 14 is not equipped with an acute angle part on an protruded tip surface 15 and at least one crossing part 17 of the tip surface 15 and the side surface 16 is made to be an acute angle. At least the tip of each cutting blade 14 can be made to be a linear symmetrical shape to the centerline C of a protruded direction. It is desirable to make a radius of curvature to be 0.20 mm or less at the crossing part 17 of the protruded tip surface 15 and the side surface 16.
