PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely feed and fix a washer for attaching heat insulating material such as foamed uretane or a deck plate for the roof or roof of a top prefabricated building, to the lower part of the bit of a screw for a washer attaching device. SOLUTION: A bit operating stem 5 for inserting a screw 7 to the fixing hole 29 of a washer 10 and fixing, is mounted to a washer mounting device main body 3 to dispose a bit 6 vertically movably. A washer magazine 9 is disposed so that the center axial line of the washers 10 stacked to the side part of the bit operating stem 5 inclines horizontally or downward so as to feed each washer 10 to by a feeding pawl 11 out of the magazine 9, and the feeding pawl 11 is rocked via a cam link mechanism vertically moving along the operating stem 5. The feeding pawl 11 is disengageably disposed to the side peripheries of the stacked washers 10, to feed the washer 10 one by one to a screw insertion part 12 under the bit operating stem 5.
