PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation cost without reducing the oxigen concentration in the environment, by preventing the dispersion of a gas in the environment. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a nozzle 4 to blow a dry ice blast material to a work W, a working container 2 in which the blast operation by the nozzle 4 is carried out, outlet pipes 9a and 9b connected to the nozzle 4 from exhaust ports 7 and 8 through the outer part, a circulation pipe 9 and a hose 20, a compressor 15 provided in the circulation pipe 9, a blast unit 18, a pellet manufacturing device 19 to manufacture the dry ice fed to the blast unit 18, and a pipe 22 to feed a part of the carbon dioxide gas from the circulation pipe 9 to the pellet manufacturing device 19; are provided.
