PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cleaning device for the inside surface of an spy glass for a water tank which is capable of cleaning the inside surface of the spy glass provided in the water tank without letting water out of the tank and hardly breaks down as movable parts do not exist. SOLUTION: The tank is provided with nozzles 3 inside for injecting water toward the inside surface of the spy glass 2 in the cleaning device for the inside surface of the spy glass for the water tank for cleaning the inside surface of the spy glass 2, into which a transparent glass is fitted, for monitoring the inside of the tank.
