PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lightness in steps and ventilation property by fixing shock absorbers which are made by means of an elastic material, independent and bent to meet toe shapes, to toe tip parts in an abutting state on an upper. SOLUTION: Shock absorbers 5 which are made of an elastic material, independent and bent to meet toe shapes are fixed to toe tip parts respectively from lower ends in the center of the first toe part and the second to fifth-toe part to each upward part by permitting them to be abutted on the outer surface of the upper 1 and sewing them through the use of each sewing thread storing groove 5A arranged in each upper peripheral edge by the intervention of an adhesive on the inner surface as necessary. Then hanging pieces 5B are successively arranged in the upper part of the pieces 5, each hanging piece 5B is hung together with the hanging of the upper 1 and, then, outsoles 2 are fixed to finish excellent outer appearance. Thus, well-balanced rubber-soled socks to be comfortably put on without increasing its weight is obtained.
