PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar-shaped cosmetic delivery container safely usable without damaging a bar-shaped cosmetic core by contriving carry-up and carry-down slide and chuck methods by a simple mechanism for the bar-shaped cosmetic core of a small diameter. SOLUTION: A tip cylinder 2 and a container main body 3 are turnably connected, a push bar 4 for holding a bar-shaped cosmetic 6 by a chuck where a pawl piece 7 is formed at a tip is interpolated inside the container main body 3 and a projected line 8 is extended from a pawl-like holding part 5 in the rear end direction of the push bar 4. Plural projections 9 are arranged on a straight line on the surface of the projected line 8, a spiral member 12 is provided in a step part 15 inside the container main body 3 and the plural projections 9 on the surface of the projected line 8 and the spiral member 12 are screwed and engaged. Then, the projected line 8 is engaged and slid to a sliding groove 11 arranged inside the tip cylinder 2 while achieving the role of stopping rotation, the projections 9 on the surface of the push bar 4 can pass through the sliding groove 11 of the tip cylinder 2 and the distance between the upper end face of a stopper part 14 arranged at the rear end of the push bar 4 and the lower end face of the spiral member 12 is turned to a delivery stroke.
