SOLUTION: By the disassembly device having a drill edge 22, a drill 21 for giving a rotary force to the drill edge 22, a cutting torque detection means 23 for detecting the cutting torque value of the drill edge 22, a personal computer 30 for comparing the memorized prescribed torque value with the detected cutting torque value and a drive control means 26 for controlling the drive of the drill 21 based on the comparison result of the personal computer 30, a blind rivet 10 cut along the boundary area of the trunk axis direction of the trunk part 11b and flange part 11c of the blind rivet 10 and separated the flange part 11c from the trunk part 11b and fastened to the mother materials 1, 2 can be removed.
