<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a construction period, and to reduce a cost when arranging stairs and an elevator according to an upward enlargement of an existing building or when arranging the elevator regardless of the existence of an enlargement. SOLUTION: A beam 1 is arranged in a position for avoiding an opening part A to be formed on a floor for arranging stairs or an elevator, a receiving metal fitting 2 is detachably installed on a web 1b of the beam 1, and a parting metal fitting 3 for regulating the edge of the opening part A is installed on an upper flange 1b. An opening part panel 4 is placed on the receiving metal fitting to be supported by interposing a sound insulating material 9, a floor panel 5 is laid all over on the beam 1, and mortar 7 is filled between a reinforcement-arranged joint 6, the floor panel 5 and a parting piece 3a. Leveling mortar 10 is executed on an upper surface of the floor panel 5 to constitute a floor other than the opening part A, and a plate material 12 is arranged on an upper surface of the opening part panel 4 to constitute a floor of the opening part A.</p> |
