PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a juice completely dissolving powder and ready to drink without leaving a peculiar odor behind, in producing a juice containing seaweed powder such as kelp. SOLUTION: This juice containing seaweed powder is obtained by filling warm water of 35-45 deg.C in a mixer, inputting seaweed powder into the warm water while rotating, visually confirming complete dissolving of the seaweed powder, inputting juice passed through a sterilizing process into the mixer and stirring it for a prescribed time. |
