PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antislip sheet of a sheet-shape base material to be used by laying it on a flat surface of a carpet, gateway floor mat, table center, or the like, and provide an antislip backing layer for preventing the slipping and dislocating movement during use so as to be very thin but not to be broken or separated. SOLUTION: In this sheet, an antislip resin 12 is thermally fused together with a mesh knitted fabric 13, and an antislip backing layer 16 integrated both with an antislip resin 12 and with the mesh knitted fabric 13 formed on the rear surface of an antislip sheet 15. The interior of the mesh clearances 14 of the mesh knitted fabric 13 is coated with antislip resin 12, and the antislip resin 12 is exposed to the rear surface of the antislip sheet 15 through the mesh clearances 14.
