PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion and oil leakage, and lengthen the service life by constituting a rotatably driving device of a main body, a rotary actuator having a rotatable output shaft in this main body, a rotary body having a boss connected to the output shaft and a bearing for rotatably supporting the boss on the main body side. SOLUTION: When actuating a rotary actuator 2, the output shaft 6 rotates, so that a rotary body 3 connected to this output shaft via a boss 10 rotates in the same direction. At this time, since the boss 10 is rotatably supported by a bearing 4 arranged on the main body 5 side of the actuator 2, a radial directional load from the boss 10 is carried by the bearing 4. Thus, the radial directional load is not applied to the output shaft 6, and since only torque is transmitted, abrasion and oil leakage of a rotary part of the actuator 2 is prevented. Thus, the service life can be lengthened, a structure is comparatively simplified, a cost is not required so much, and a rotatably driving device can be easily applied to an existing device.
