PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain superior impact absorption property by using a strand, which is formed of a given number of wires being twisted as a bundle, for a netting material. SOLUTION: As a netting material of a wire net A, a given number (for example 6 to 8) of wires 11 being bundled and twisted into a strand 12 is used. It is preferable to install a fastening means 21 at a given spacing position of the strand 12 for preventing the wire 11 from being dispersed. As the fastening means 21, there are such methods as to spray a binding agent of self-hardening property to the strand 12, or to install a film 23 by sticking (spraying, applying and the like) a synthetic resin liquid or a rubber liquid (a molten metal, for example a lead) for hardening at an outer periphery of the strand 12. When the middle part of the fastening means 21 is cut so as to leave the fastening means 21 at cutting both ends of the strand 12 of the wire net A, the wire 11 does not get into dispersed. Thereby, handling is made to be easy and an injure of an operator becomes less.
