PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house management system equipped with high convenience capable of omitting elevator call to be made by a person having arrived and his/her awaiting elevator and making smooth movement to the desired floor. SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house management system is composed of house interphones 4, a common hall interphone 3, talk control device 6, a door control device 2 to open the common hall door closed in locking at normal times, and an elevator control device 7 to control the elevation and sink of the elevators(s), wherein the talk control device 6 actuates the elevator control device 7 to call the elevator to the floor where the applicable door exists when door is opened or in association with the door unlocking operation by any house interphone 4 and the common hall interphone 3. |
