SOLUTION: In an unstretched laminated film for a metal panel laminate consisting of an upper layer, an intermediate layer and a lower layer coming into contact with a metal panel, the upper and lower layers comprise isophthalic acid modified polyethylene terephthalate obtained by copolymerizing 3-30 mol% of isophthalic acid with ethylene terephthalate and the intermediate layer comprises a polymer blend of a lamellar structure consisting of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and isophthalic acid modified polyethylene terephthalate obtained by copolymerizing 3-30 mol% of isophthalic acid with ethylene terephathalate and is characterized by that a value represented by formula (IVPC+IVPETI)WPC/(IVPC.IVPETI)-100/IVPETI [wherein IVPC is inherent viscosity of the polycarbonate resin, IVPETI is inherent viscosity of isophthalic acid modified polyethylene terephthalate and WPC is a compounding amt.(wt.%) of the polycarbonate resin] is 45-100.
