PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive lithographic printing plate and its manufacturing method by a method wherein the high hydrophobic nature at a heating part and the high hydrophilicity at a non-heating part are realized and their sensitivities are enhanced, a highly fine printing is made possible and the fully satisfactory inking property of printing area scumming at printing, and plate wearability are obtained. SOLUTION: This lithographic printing plate has an image forming layer, the hydrophilicity lowers at least by heating, on a support, includes heat fusible particles 1, the surface of each of which is covered with stock material, the heat conductivity at 300 K of each of which is 0.10-70 W(m-1K-1). The heat fusible particle is covered with inorganic stock material by a sol-gel method, a spray coasting method, an in-water polymerization method or an electrostatic suction method. Before the drying of the particles, the arrangement of the heat fusible particles in a coating layer is controlled by means of a magnetic force. |
