FIXED SIZE FEEDING DEVICE OF LONG THIN PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed size feeding device of a long thin plate to fix the feeding amount of a long thin plate regardless of feeding velocity and to raise the accuracy on cutting out size of the long thin plate. SOLUTION: A thin plate 3 drawn out from a feeding stand 1 is held by an air-chuck 4 held at a bracket 9 reciprocating in straight along a guide 27 through a plate cam 21 and a lever system 22 for feeding a fixed amount. A thin plate 3 completed the feeding is processed at a processing unit. A stopper 23 driven by a motor 5 is stopped by marking detection of a sensor 24 before the air-chuck reaches a returning limit by the cam, and the returning limit of the air-chuck 4 by the cam plate 12 is determined. The position where the air-chuck 4 holds the thin plate 3 next is determined always to be a position with a fixed distance from the marking 11 detected by the sensor 24 regardless of feeding velocity. Accordingly, the feeding accuracy of hoop material 3a can be improved.
