PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored mortar finish method by powder cement setting retarder capable of being finished by a specific color without causing effervescence or the like when color mortar finishing such as pseudo-soil finishing or colored passage execution or the like is carried out. SOLUTION: During the wet state of colored mortar to be cast, a powder setting retarder making color matching in accordanve with the colored mortar is sprayed. After a curing sheet is closely adhered to the surface thereof and is cured, the curing sheet is stripped off to scratch it out, it is cleaned out, and after the surface is coated with a waterproof sheet and is dried off, the waterproof sheet is stripped off to apply a water-repellent paint thereon.
