PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a structure capable of preventing rotation of a sensor carrier for supporting a sensor even when an outer race being a stationary ring creeps. SOLUTION: An outer race 4 fitted in a housing 1 being a stationary member is positioned in the shaft direction by being sandwiched between a step difference surface 10 of a step part 9 formed on an inner peripheral surface of this housing 1 and a retaining ring 12. A sensor carrier 19 for supporting a sensor 20 is fitted in an inner peripheral surface of the step part 9 by tight fit, and a butting part 23 of a cover 21 is butted against the step difference surface 10.
