PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake detecting sensitivity, and to facilitate release by respectively arranging a housing chamber having a movably arranged locking means and an inclined floor surface having two balls in a device main body and a locking/ releasing means and a locking tool locked by moving by the locking means when the two ball slip out in a hinged door. SOLUTION: In a housing chamber 2 of a device main body 1, a floor surface is formed as an inclined face 2b, and in a state of raising a vertically movable locking means 3, a stopper 3a stops a movement of two balls 4 in the housing chamber 2. While, a locking tool 5 for locking the lower end of the locking means 3 is fixed to a hinged door 91, and a locking releasing means 6 is arranged. When both two pieces slip out since the balls 4 vibrate at earthquake time, the locking means 3 falls on the locking tool 5, and a locking part 3b is sandwiched between a tip part 5c of the locking tool and a tip part 6a of a releasing means 6 to stop an opening directional movement of the hinged door 91. At this time, since the tip part 6a of the releasing means 6 returns and stops to a closing directional movement of the hinged door 91 with every swinging wave, release of a housing material is prevented. Since the two balls 4 perform lock operation by slipping out by swinging force, earthquake detecting sensitivity is improved, and the release is also facilitated.
