PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function as a stamp and besides impart unexpectedness and amusement by light to the user. SOLUTION: A pad-mounting base 6 and a push plate 4 inside a guide cylinder 13 are raised resisting to the resilient force of a coil spring 7 by bringing a stamping pad 8 into press-contact with a face to be printed, then an elastic contact point 5 is actuated by the pressing force of the push plate 4 to close the circuit of a circuit substrate 3 and an illuminant 9 is lighted.
