PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing device which can perform the perfect printing in one process and prevent offset from generating. SOLUTION: This stencil printing device 1 is equipped with a first plate cylinder 40 with a first porous support plate 44 with numerous open holes, a second plate cylinder 51 arranged opposite to the first plate cylinder 40 through a sheet conveying path, and a contacting/separating means which brings the first porous support plate 44 into contact with or separates the plate 44 from the second porous support plate 51. The device 1 also performs a perfect or the single-sided printing on a printing sheet in one process. In this device 1, the porosity of holes in the image region of porous support plates 44 and 51 is made respectively 30-65%.
