PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out hairdressing, to impart luster to the hair and to maintain a moisture retaining feel without damaging the hair by hot air at the time of use by providing a nozzle near an air discharge port with a member including tourmaline or material having the same effect as the effect of the tourmaline. SOLUTION: A nozzle 4 of a discharge port 6 is provided with a suitable number of tourmaline 2 near an outlet on the inside surface side thereof by a fixing method, such as adhering, in such a manner that the tourmaline is exposed to a flow passage for a discharging air. An ejection port 6a which is an outlet for the air when the nozzle 4 is removed is recommended to be provided with the separate tourmaline 2 as well near the outlet of the air of the ejection port 6a. An inhalation port 5 for inhaling the external air into a body 12 is opened and formed in the opposite position of the discharge port 6 and is provided with an inhalation filter for shutting off the dirt, dust, etc., included in the external air and further the tourmaline 2 is exposed and is fixed to the flow passage so as to come into contact with the inhaled air.
