PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new mat for a nap used by being carried into a large- sized truck provided with a nap room or the automobile of a type capable of bringing down the back of a chair and taking a nap or the like. SOLUTION: This battery of a car or the like is used as a power source, a heat storage solution is enclosed in a flat case, the heating heater of the heat storage solution is piled up and provided on the lower surface of the case and plural warm bodies 8 are constituted. Then, the warm bodies 8 are buried at the plural parts of a mat main body 5 and a power supply cord is connected to the heating heaters in the respective warm bodies 8 through a heat storage order controller 15 provided with constitution for ending the heat storage of all the warm bodies 8 in the order of starting the heat storage of the second warm body 8 after the heat storage of the first warm body 8 is completed.
