PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely perform various construction management even by an inexperienced person by displaying the construction width of a soil cement wall based on a prescribed working amount as a horizontal axis and displaying an injection amount of a ground injection material in each position of the formation working of the soil cement wall on a two-dimensional coordinate as a vertical axis. SOLUTION: The construction width 42 of a soil cement wall based on a prescribed working amount is made a horizontal axis on the upper end of the construction condition display area 41 of, for instance, the screen substantially left half part of the working management screen 40 of a working management display monitor to display a strip-like construction condition display frame 44 making the set management width the unit scale 43 of the horizontal axis. The display frame 44 is divided into the existing area C of a soil cement wall, the middle area D of soil cement wall formation and the area G of working ground not yet started, and displayed in the frame including a cutter post current position N. In addition, injection display graphs 45, 46 displaying the injection amount of each liquid at each position of an excavator on the scheduled line of the construction of the soil cement wall are displayed on excavation liquid and ground solidification liquid being a ground injection material downward of the display frame 44.
