PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition capable of being heated and dried at a higher temperature, continuing high adhesiveness and transparency for a long period of time and having excellent blocking resistance in producing a heat-sensitive tacky sheet by coating a substrate with the composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin and a solid plasticizer. The solid plasticizer is composed of a dioxybenzene derivative and dicyclohexyl phthalate. The dioxybenzene derivative includes a diester compound of (A) (A1) hydroquinone or resorcinol in which the benzene ring is substituted with an alkyl group or (A2) catechol in which the benzene ring is substituted with an alkyl group and (B) an organic monobasic acid, etc.
