PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable composition giving a reduced tackiness of the surface of a hardened product, suppressing the attachment of dust, and exhibiting improved coating properties of an alkyd coating material by including a vinylic polymer having a specific cross-linkable silyl group and a photocurable material. SOLUTION: This curable composition comprises (A) a vinylic polymer having at least one in average of a cross-linkable silyl group of the formula [R1 and R2 are each a 1-20C alkyl, a 6-20C aryl, a 7-20C aralkyl or the like; Y is hydroxy group or a hydrolyzable group; (a) is 0-3; (b) is 0-2; (m) is 0-19 with the proviso that (a), (m) and (b) satisfy the equation (a)+(m) (b)>=1], and (B) a photocurable material (preferably an unsaturated acrylic compound). Preferably, the component A has <1.8 molecular weight distribution, and is a (meth) acrylic polymer. The component A preferably has the main chain obtained by a living radical polymerization method, especially an atom-transfer radical polymerization method.
