PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tacky adhesive tape using a base film free from hygroscopic property and having good hand-tearing property by applying a tacky adhesive agent to a single layer of a specific cyclic olefinic polymer or a laminated tape of the above polymer layer and a polyolefin layer. SOLUTION: A tacky adhesive layer is formed on a single layer of a cyclic olefin-based polymer represented by formula I [(a) is 0 or 1; (b) is 0 or a positive integer; (k) is 0 or 1; R1 to R18 and R' and R" are each independently H, a halogen or a hydrocarbon group] or formula II [(c) and (d) are 0 or >=1 integer; (e) and (f) are each 0, 1 or 2; R21 to R39 are independently H, a halogen, an aliphatic or alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon or alkoxy] or one surface or both surfaces of a tape obtained by providing a polyolefin layer of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., onto one surface or both surfaces of the above cyclic olefin- based polymer layer and polyolefin layer to provide the objective tacky adhesive tape having 300-2,000 kgf/cm2 tensile strength in tape width direction.
