PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superposing lock of cardboard sheet which surely holds a cardboard sheet in a superposed condition and with which a lock piece does not protrude from the sheet. SOLUTION: At the end edge part of cardboard sheets 30, 30 superposing, a lock piece 32 held between two cut-off lines 31, 31 is provided. When the lock pieces 32, 32 of both sheets 30, 30 are moved in the opposite directions to each other toward the tip end and are folded in the same direction, a receive/ touch part 35 and a push-in part 34 which are the moved portions of the lock piece 32 engage for locking both sheets 30, 30.
