PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a group of a large number of empty bags at one time to a conveyor magazine of a bagging and packing machine and reduce the number of replenishment of empty bags per unit time. SOLUTION: Plural numbers of stockers 2a-2d to stock an empty bag group W0 along the longitudinal direction are arranged in parallel and a laterally moving means to simultaneously and laterally move the whole of plural sets of the stockers 2a-2d are set on an empty bag stocker device to supply an empty bag group to a conveyor magazine 4 of a bagging and packing machine, and each of the stockers is furnished with a belt conveyor 5 to carry the stocked empty bag group W0 to the conveyor magazine 4. Additionally, each of the stockers 2a-2d is respectively furnished with a pair of bag guide plates 6a, 6b on both sides, and they are devised to simultaneously adjust their intervals in accordance with width of the bag.
