PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a steering wheel that can reduce burrs even in manufacture wherein a plurality of synthetic resin cover portions of different volumes are injection-molded simultaneously in an interspaced relation along the circumference of ring portions in the plan. SOLUTION: A manufactured steering wheel W is so constructed that synthetic resin cover portions 6F and 6B of different volumes are injection-molded simultaneously around a core bar 4 of an annular ring portion R to be handled for steering and in interspaced relation along the circumference of the ring portion R in the plan. For the molding of the cover portions 6F and 6B, a molding material M is poured so as to finish filling cavities 20a and 20c of a molding die 20 for defining the cover portions 6F and 6B generally at the same time.
