PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying system and a liquid containing vessel superior in usefulness capable of always generating a stable negative pressure and surely achieving ink supplying. SOLUTION: An air/liquid exchange accelerating section 59 having an air introducing groove 58 and an air/liquid exchanging passage 59a for accelerating exchanging of an air and a liquid is provided at an ink guiding outlet hole 52 of an ink containing chamber 50 which is detachably and exchangeably loaded into a negative pressure generating member housing chamber 10. A connecting section 14 consisting of an aperture for receiving the air/liquid exchange accelerating section 59 is formed on the negative pressure generating member housing chamber 10. A part of the air introducing groove 58 and an end section of the air/liquid exchanging passage 59a are abutted on a negative pressure generating member 13 at the connecting section 14 and the air introducing groove 58 is extended from the connecting section 14 to the ink guide outlet hole 52.
