PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain inexpensive soil suitable for planting and agriculture, satisfying especially important organic substance amount and standard of the other each item. SOLUTION: This soil comprises Kunigami-maaji soil used as soil sample of planting soil in Okinawa main island or soil having nearly same quality as that of the Kunigami-maaji soil, porous clinker ash having particle diameter in the order of sand, organic fertilizer obtained by maturing organic waste and an organic soil-improving material using coconut husk. The soil is obtained by adding 100-100 kg organic fertilizer and 40-60 kg coconut husk soil-improving material to 1 m3 soil mixture containing Kunigami-maaji and clinker ash at a ratio of 6-7: 4-3 and mixing these components under stirring.
