PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability for a nurse on patrol, or the like, workability and efficiency of the work to be performed. SOLUTION: A timer function and a timer end report function, which are necessary for medical assistant work performed by nurse, are equipped to a nurse call master station 1 placed at a nurse station as timer parts 11a, 11b,..., 31 and as report parts 14, 33a, 33b,..., 34, 35. As the timer end report function, which becomes active by the controls from the timer part and the report part of the nurse call master station, is equipped on one or more portable nurse call master station 2a, 2b..., the nurse on patrol or the like is able to perform usual nursing duties and medical assistant work at one time simply by carrying the portable nurse call master station.
