The object is lit by a plane wave front in different directions, such that the separation of phase offsets provides each point of representation concentrated around a constant value. Optical part enables to record on one surface of the sensors (118) wave derived from object (112) by measuring interference figures produced by reference beam (Fr) and wave derived from object. Phase difference between illumination and reference waves is controlled for recording. |
