<p>A numerical control device has a synchronization controlling/managing unit (11) for managing the master-slave relationship of shafts whose synchronization is controlled. In the case of position control (control of synchronization of shafts), a synchronization position calculating section (74) of a shaft control unit for controlling a reference shaft adds the amount of movement of the reference shaft calculated by a shaft control command value converting section (72) to the reference position of the reference shaft to calculate the command position of the reference shaft. A synchronization position calculating section (74) of a synchronization shaft calculates the amount of movement per unit time of a synchronization shaft from the amount of movement received by a reference position input/output section (73), the gear ratio of the synchronization shaft to the reference shaft, the command speed ratio, and the command unit time ratio, and adds the amount of movement per unit time to the reference position of the synchronization shaft to calculate the command position of the synchronization shaft. A shaft control unit for controlling the reference shaft and shaft control units for controlling synchronization shafts output calculated command positions to control the respective motors. Thus synchronization control of shaft for one reference shaft is performed, and synchronization control of another synchronization shaft with reference to the former synchronization shaft.</p> |
