<p>The invention concerns image sensors using photodiode arrays. It particularly concerns radiation image sensors. The invention is characterised in that all the photodiodes (Dp1 to Dp4) of a common array (7) are connected to adapting amplifiers (A1 to A5) provided in the form of at least an integrated circuit (9, 10, 11). In each integrated circuit (9, 10, 11) an adapting amplifier whereto no photodiode (Dp1 to Dp4) is connected delivers a voltage serving as reference (VR) to define a polarising voltage (VP) to be applied to the photodiodes (Dp1 to Dp4). Said arrangement enables to associate the light-sensitive arrays to amplifiers having different voltage thresholds.</p> |
