PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the concentration of a load to a cargo tank end section by forming the heat insulating support materials of seats provided at the cargo tank end section with a soft material having the Young's modulus lower than that of the heat insulating support materials for portions other than the end section. SOLUTION: Multiple bottom section bearing seats supporting the load in the vertical direction are provided with heat insulating support materials 1 between support bases 3 on the tank side and support bases 3 on the hull side, for example. When the hull is deformed, the support materials 1 are shrunk largely at a tank end section and not so much at the center portion, and the load applied to the hull is changed. A support material (elastic body) having the Young's modulus lower than that of the heat insulating support materials for other portions is used only for the seats at the cargo tank end section to be easily expanded or shrunk. The large load at the hull end is also received by the peripheral seats, and the load received by the end section seats themselves can be distributed and reduced.
