PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device determining properly a decrease in the internal pneumatic pressure of tire in a vehicle with a differential limiting device mounted. SOLUTION: A device detecting a decrease in tire pneumatic pressure detects the decrease in the internal pressure of a tire based on rotation information obtained from tires W1, W2, W3, and W4 of four wheel vehicle mounted with a differential limiting device 7. The device is provided with a shift amount calculation means correcting the turning radii or the reciprocals of the turning radii of the driving wheels W1 and W2 with the differences of the turning radii or the differences of the reciprocals of the turning radii obtained from the rotation information of the driving wheels W1 and W2 and the driven wheels W3 and W4 as shift amounts.
