<p>The invention relates to a gate drive peripheral unit (30) for activating and/or controlling a gate drive which allows a motor-driven opening and/or closing movement of a door. Said peripheral unit comprises a housing (10) which has a housing back (24) and a housing front (12) which faces the user and on which a function field (22) is located, a functional device (34, 36, 40, 62, 64, 74) which is associated with the gate drive control being located on said function field. According to the invention, a decorative panel (16) is changeably fixed to the housing back (24), forming at least part of the housing front (12). This enables the gate drive peripheral unit (30, 32, 38, 60, 72, 44) to be economically and easily adapted to suit the environment in which it is used.</p> |
