<p>Medicinal compositions for treatment of atrial fibrillation, containing compounds represented by general formula [I] or salts or prodrugs of the same [wherein R1 is hydrogen or lower alkoxy; R2 is hydrogen, lower alkoxy, phenyl (which may be substituted with one to three substituents selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl and lower alkoxy groups), formula [II] or formula [III] (wherein R3 is acyl); X is -CO- or -CH¿2?-; and n is 1 or 2]. Methods for the treatment of atrial fibrillation with the compounds; and use of the compounds in preparing drugs for treatment of atrial fibrillation.</p> |
