This invention provides a method for stimulatingly compressing multi-programs (compressed data) of different subjects from different media in a fixed bandwidth, periodically and continuously broadcasting the compressed data, or intermittently and repeatedly broadcasting the compressed data; and a method for receiving the said multi-programs (compressed data) of different subjects freely, and replaying the selected compressed data of the selected program whenever needing it. This invention also provides transmitting apparatus corresponding to the said transmitting method and the receiving apparatus corresponding to the said receiving apparatus, which real-time receiving the compressed data or receiving the data after being buffed by the storing means.
